Take a seat at this gorgeous garden dinner pop-up (it’s all for a brilliant cause)

It’s the perfect way to round out the summer.
A special fundraising dinner will be held in the leafy setting of Beech Hill Garden Centre in Montenotte on August 24th.
‘The Garden Table’ will see student volunteers from COPE join team members from Trigon Hotels for an evening of camaraderie, shared purpose, and mouthwatering food to help fund important initiatives such as the Cope Foundation sensory garden.
So what’s on the menu at The Garden Table? We’ve had a sneak peek and it looks utterly delicious.
Guests will be welcomed with a selection of refreshments, including prosecco and non-alcoholic mint and cucumber cordial. Attendees will then be treated to a feast prepared by Trigon Hotels group executive chef Alex Petit, each dish showcasing freshly harvested fruit and vegetables from COPE Foundation’s very own garden.
Diners will tuck into a sharing board of local artisan food, Irish-produced meat and fish plates, and a range of desserts including masala chai crème brûlée and raspberry tartlet, West Cork strawberries and lemon verbena financier, chili and cocoa profiteroles, and salted caramel and chocolate fudge.

“These funds will allow us to continue providing invaluable services to people with an intellectual disability/and or autism across Cork city and county,” said Sean Abbott, Chief Executive Officer, Cope Foundation.
“We are really looking forward to an evening of fun, delicious food, and celebration.”
Tickets are €80 per person and you can book them here.
