The building, which is currently under construction on the site of a former house facing the entrance to Fitzgerald’s Park, runs alongside Lane, which offers quick access to UCC’s new bridge.

The windows will offer a birds-eye view of University College Cork from one side of the building and a glimpse of one of Cork’s most picturesque parks on the other:

Students share a kitchen, lounge area with TV and laundry facilities, with a private ensuite bedroom for sleeping and studying.

All bills including electricity, gas, refuse and wi-fi built into the cost and there’ll be no complaining about messy roommates for these lucky youngsters; a complimentary cleaning service is included, covering all shared spaces including common areas every two weeks.
