Power Yoga is back at the Marina Market (and it’ll have you melting into your mat)

It’s a 60-minute journey.
But by the end of the Joga Club Pop-Up Power Yoga Party you’ll be feeling looser and lighter than you have in ages.
A New York-trained yoga teacher is bringing her unique twist on the soothing stretch to the Marina Market later this month.
Pop-Up Power Yoga is returning to the venue’s Graffiti Room on Thursday, August 11th at 6.30pm – and it’s all to the sound of house and techno beats.
Johanna King graduated as a Power Vinyasa yoga teacher in Brooklyn, New York in 2019. Last year she founded The Joga Club ‘where health and wellness goes clubbing’ – a community space where “friends and friends-to-be are invited to come and get physically stronger, move together and just let go and enjoy good music”.

The pop-up class promises to leave participants feeling strong, centred, and rejuvenated, as well as sweaty so do bring your own mat, a towel, and a bottle of water.
It’s an open-level practice too so beginners are welcome and encouraged to give it a bash.
Tickets for Pop-Up Power Yoga at the Marina Market are €10.50 here.
