Photography fans go wild for prints of this Cork beach – and now it’s got its own collection

There’s nowhere quite like Barleycove.
In fact, so popular is the idyllic sandy corner of West Cork that local photographers Skyfolk can’t keep up with requests for aerial shots of the holiday haven.
Now sibling team Sara Fitzpatrick and Don Keogh have launched a special limited edition collection celebrating the magnificent beaches and seascapes in all their glory… and it’ll give you a little piece of summer holiday magic to enjoy at home during the dark days of winter.
Using drone photography, Skyfolk creates contemporary aerial prints showcasing the extraordinary open spaces of Ireland with a bird’s eye view of some of the county’s most beautiful beaches, islands, and forests.
“We have never had as many requests for a spot as we had for prints of Barleycove beach, so we knew that we had to make a collection there,” Sara told us.
“It is such a special corner of West Cork and loved by so many.”
The new Barley Cove Collection is a four-part limited edition print series. Skyfolk works with a Cork printer and framer and each print is hand signed, numbered, and comes with a certificate of authenticity. The prints are made to order in a variety of sizes and printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308gsm paper using special pigment inks – perfect for gifting or bringing a pop of coastal
