This is your sign to upgrade your professional headshots (for a great cause)

Is your LinkedIn profile picture still a cropped wedding snap from 2018?
Consider this your sign.
To mark International Women’s Day on March 8th, 2026, The Doyle Collection is once again rolling out its much-loved Headshot Initiative, offering female entrepreneurs, professionals and business leaders the chance to receive a high-quality professional headshot — in exchange for a small charity donation.
The 2026 sessions will take place on Monday, March 9th across the group’s city hotels, including The River Lee in Cork, The Westbury in Dublin and The Marylebone in London.
In Cork, photographer Egle Laukyte of Artisan Chronicles will return to The River Lee for the sixth year running. Known for her warm, dynamic style, she’ll be capturing polished, professional portraits from 9:30am to 4:30pm, with refreshments served throughout the day — because networking is always better with coffee in hand.
The wider programme also includes special events celebrating women in hospitality, from a panel discussion in London hosted by TV presenter Jo Good to evenings with Sophie Kutton of Charles Heidsieck Champagne in Dublin and Cork.
Whether you’re running your own business, climbing the career ladder or simply ready to level up your personal brand, this is a low-pressure, high-reward way to do it — and a lovely way to mark International Women’s Day while you’re at it.
All of the proceeds generated from ticket sales will be donated to charity partner, Daisyhouse, which provides temporary accommodation and support to women who are homeless.
New year, new headshot? We support it. Bookings are available via Eventbrite.
