We’ve all got fond memories of beach trips to Youghal.

Once all the sand has been washed away, you can fire up the gas barbecue at Periwinkle Cottage for an alfresco dinner (tip: stock up on burgers and steaks at one of Youghal’s traditional butcher’s shops) or head out and try one of the town’s many restaurants and takeaways.
