Chef Ali Honour has brought her famous cinnamon buns to The Imperial Hotel, where you can get ’em while they’re warm at the counter in Lafayette’s every morning.
The CBs were much adored at Ali’s Paul Street spot Ali’s Kitchen, with fans lamenting the loss of the beatified bun after the restaurant closed during the summer.
Now the hotel’s new Executive Chef, known for her comfort food creations, has ensured the beautiful brasserie is well stocked with the deliciously sticky confections.
