Finding the time for yoga can be tough.
Especially when there’s a new baba on the scene.
Even when you do find the time, very few gyms have a creche for new parents to just drop in whenever the mood hits.
That’s why Collective Cork is hosting a brand new yoga class, especially for parents with small babies. Parent and Baby Yoga promises a supportive environment for parents who will not only reap the benefits of the spiritual practice but boost their strength, peace of mind, and confidence while bonding with their little one.

If you’re feeling nervous about fitting in, don’t sweat it. The class is open to parents of any gender and it’s suitable for beginners or more advanced practitioners alike.
Parents and Baby Yoga takes place weekly in Collective Cork on Tobin Street on Thursdays from 11am to 12 noon. If you want to just drop in and check it out, classes are €12 or €8 for students/unwaged people.
If you and your bubba enjoy it, class passes range from €50 for a five-class pass to €95 for a ten-week pass.
