Naturally Nourished will open a city café at Penrose Dock this summer

The first tenants are due to take up occupancy in June 2020.
And with work on the JCD Group’s Penrose Dock continuing apace, popular health food café, Naturally Nourished has announced it will open its first Cork City Centre outlet within the development this summer.
Currently located in City Gate Park, the new Naturally Nourished outlet will occupy the 2,500 sq ft café in the scheme, which is scheduled to open in June.
There will also be an extensive south facing outdoor seating area at the entrance to the plaza in Penrose Dock.
“Our ambition for Naturally Nourished at Penrose Dock is to create a vibrant fresh atmosphere to complement our healthy, delicious food offerings, as well as our speciality organic coffee offering.” said Yvonne Whitley of Naturally Nourished.
“We also plan to have an extensive take home offering available to our customers and given the great location on the main pedestrian route to the train station, this we believe will prove very popular.”
With the new Dean Hotel expected to open next year, the Penrose Dock development forms a key part of the evolution of Cork’s Docklands into a thriving new economic district centred around the train and bus stations.
“We are delighted to confirm the letting of the café at Penrose Dock.” said John Cleary of JCD Group.
“It will really enhance the occupier experience at Penrose Dock. This as well as features such as the rooftop terrace and amenity area which is available to all occupiers will help our clients attract the very best talent for their businesses.”
