Met Éireann says we can expect ‘a good deal of dry weather’ in the coming days

Finally; some positive weather news.
Met Éireann says we can finally expect a bit of sunshine and blue skies later this week.
While today will bring bright or sunny spells and scattered showers, there will be good dry intervals also and highest temperatures of 17 to 21 degrees.
Wednesday will be mostly cloudy with outbreaks of rain too, but by Thursday things will start improving for the weekend.

“Thursday will bring a good deal of dry weather with sunny spells and some showers, these mainly in Connacht and Ulster.” said a forecaster.
“Friday will be bright with sunny spells and scattered showers. Highest temperatures of 17 to 20 degrees with light to moderate northwest breezes.
“Saturday will be mainly dry with sunny spells and a few light showers, these most likely in Connacht and west Ulster. Highest temperatures of 16 to 19 degrees with light to moderate north to northwest breezes.”
Sunday will be mainly dry too and current indications suggest that the early days of next week will be mixed with a fair amount of dry weather, although temperatures will be a little cooler, ranging from the mid to high teens.
