Weather warnings are like buses lately, there’s always another one coming.
Today’s meteorological treat is a Status Yellow wind warning for Ireland, issued by Met Eireann this morning.
Southwest winds are expected to reach speeds of up to 110 km per hour at times on Tuesday night.
If you’re out and about this afternoon, bring an umbrella; the national forecaster is predicting isolated light showers later today, with thickening cloud and heavier rain in the evening.
Maximum temperatures will range from seven to eleven degrees, with blustery conditions, mist and drizzle preceding the gales on Tuesday morning.
