Local fitness instructors can now book studio space at this zen new city spot
Calling all wellness pros.
For Yoga teachers, Pilates instructors, breathwork coaches and fitness folk, there’s a new space in Cork designed with you in mind.
The Hot Box in Ballintemple has officially unveiled A Studio, a studio and coffee spot that gives local instructors the chance to hire a fully equipped space to host their own classes, workshops, and wellness events.
Designed and delivered by The Nippy Chippy and team, the new studio comes ready to go with mats and yoga blocks already in place, meaning instructors can arrive, teach and leave the rest behind.
“We’ve just finished the studio space; it’s now fully equipped with mats and blocks and available for rent by local instructors,” Hot Box co-founder Dan O’Connor told us.
The studio will be available to book between 6.45am and 8.30pm, with 75-minute slots costing €35. Bookings can be made through the Hot Box website.

Whether you’re looking to launch a new yoga class, host a Pilates session, run a sound bath or trial a wellness workshop, the flexible booking system is designed to make it easy for independent instructors to find a professional space without the commitment of a long-term lease.
“We’re very excited to start facilitating classes and events,” Dan added.
