Kinsale just got a brand new concept store and coffee bar that isn’t your run-of-the-mill coffee joint; it’s a place where globally-inspired drinks meet handcrafted gifts and unique home decor items. And it’s our new obsession.
Their menu is bursting with unique items, each coupled with informative descriptions telling you about the drink.
Take the Lavender Matcha Latte, which combines the rejuvenating and nutritious benefits of matcha with a touch of lavender. It’s like a spa day in a cup!

The menu also features other standout drinks that are sure to impress even the most discerning coffee connoisseur including the Aren Latte, Hong Kong Half-Half- which we’re told is known locally as ‘yuenyeung’- the Fizzy Americano, and N.Y.E.C. (New Year’s Eve Cocktail) made with “soda, water, milk, and homemade chocolate syrup.”
The Collector’s owners describe their shop as a “culmination of objects, experiences, and flavours they’ve curated from their travels near and far.” And the atmosphere reflects that. The space is stylishly designed, with a modern and sleek aesthetic that’s both inviting and comfortable.
The concept store also works directly with artisans and carries design-led, handcrafted, and sustainable goods as well as skincare ranges from Dublin brand Oxmantown Skincare, Dr K Soap and Nellumbo for your doggo’s paws.
