Cork’s five-star Hayfield Manor hotel has opened a brand-new glass cocktail bar in the courtyard.

The new spot, aptly titled Bloom, is made entirely of glass and with retractable walls and ceiling, offering a breath of fresh air in a private garden right in the centre of the city.

“We have been planning this new concept for a long time now and we are thrilled to launch this unique venue in the heart of our courtyard garden, especially coming into the summer months,” said Evander Brennan, General Manager of Hayfield Manor.

“We look forward to welcoming guests to enjoy this exciting new experience.”

Bloom’s style and location make it the perfect venue for a casual drink, catching up with friends, or an exclusive private function.

With a selection of fruity botanical cocktails freshly prepared by in-house mixologists already on offer, exciting new menus designed by executive chef Mark Staples and showcasing local producers are also on the way.
