Join this swish Cork gym and they’ll literally give you €100 to spend on cocktails

Contemplating a return to the gym?

If you need some help making your mind up, one swanky Cork hotel has an offer that’ll have you packing your gym bag and running out the door.

To kick start summer 2023, POWER at The Dean Hotel has launched a limited enhanced welcome pack which includes a €100 Press Up Gift Card to enjoy across a range of different experiences from brunch to award-winning cocktails.

The enticing offer is available on all new member sign-ups from May 1st – 31st. POWER membership is €149 per month in Cork and allows members to enjoy unlimited classes, a personalised induction with a trainer, and member-only workshops led by Ireland’s best trainers.

POWER members also have access to Boditrax, a state-of-the-art precision body composition and cellular analysis tool used to track, trace and set personal goals, as well as custom-built athletic rigs, a robust lifting area with platforms, plates and bars by Olympic favourite Eleiko and innovative equipment including TechnoGym Skill Run Treadmills, Matrix Ascent Trainers, Concept2’s ski and row ergometers.

It’s the only gym in Ireland offering innovative recovery and rehabilitation devices from world leading brand Hyperice. Choose from the percussion gun, vibrating massage ball, or vibrating foam roller to relieve muscle tension and get your body moving freely.

After your workout you can unwind in the luxurious thermal suite’s heated hydrotherapy relaxation pool with massage jets, melt away tension in the cedar sauna or mosaic-tiled steam room complete with eucalyptus-infusions and cool off with cold eucalyptus towels straight from the fridge (they’re known to be calming, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory if you don’t mind).

And there’s more; the luxury changing rooms boast gold rainfall power showers, fresh fluffy towels, luxury toiletries, and new Dyson hairdryers and GHD straighteners. There are even charging points inside the brass digital lockers so you can charge as you train.

Ready to get sweaty in the lap of luxury? Sign up here.
