Ireland’s only all-vegan Halloween Market is happening in Cork

If excess food packaging drives you nuts at Halloween, this will be a satisfying sight.
A Cork city market is encouraging visitors to bring their own cups, cutlery, tupperware and napkins to use while enjoying its vegan food stalls this weekend.
The Positive Market returns to Kino, Washington Street with a special Halloween edition on Sunday, October 21st.
Expect spooky music, lashings of great coffee, a selection of vegan and veggie fare, cute local crafts and sustainable products from 11am to 4pm.
Beanbag seating will be provided so visitors can kick back and soak up the atmosphere while sipping a vegan creamy latte.
Bring a reusable or recycled bag to stock up on supplies and grab lunch (ours is a jackfruit taco) at The Fat Vegan, then stock up on artisan chocolate from Little Blue Frogs, feminine products from We Live Our Values, soaps from Suds Johnson and gifts and goodies from Remedy Roots.
Fancy dress is not essential but if you’re feeling festive, feel free to go all out. The organisers urge everyone to make or borrow a costume rather than buying one.
