My Goodness is throwing an official opening bash this weekend

They’re part of the furniture on Sullivan’s Quay already.
But this weekend, the My Goodness crew are carving out an afternoon for an official opening bash at the Quay Co-Op… and everyone’s invited.
The vegan café, which serves up vegan nachos and kimchi mac & “cheez”, outrageous raw desserts (check out the chocolate caramel ginger smoked almond double decker below), kombucha and kefir are throwing the doors open for a party this Sunday, April 26th.

You can drop in from 1pm until 4.30pm for free nibbles and drinks, great coffee, excellent cake and plenty of craic.
There’ll be DJs, zines, radical posters and the launch of a new Night Time Co-Op. They’re also working with Cork LGBT Archive, the custodians of the archives of the radical queer movement that was birthed at the venue.
“Together, we’ll be building an exhibition of flyers, menus, meetings and memories of old that will inform, and inspire new radical experiences for years to come.” they gang explains.
“There are so many fantastic flyers and photos stored in their archive to see, and we’d love to hear from all of you who have remembrances of being in this building/ café in the past. If you have anything to share, come and say hi on Sunday for our opening party!”
Hang around for the Quiet Club album launch afterwards too from 4.30pm to 6pm.
