An experienced yogi will host a relaxing evening of food and discussion at Good for the Soul Café in Ballincollig on Wednesday, September 19th.
Jeanie Jyanti of Anam Solas Yoga promises ‘nibbles, sharing platters, food chats, mindful eating, meeting like minded people, connection and fun’ as part of The Yoga of Food.

The event is part of Nourish YogaFSTVL, the first ever weeklong festival Irish dedicated solely to health, wellness, and mindfulness, taking place across the country from September 17th-23rd.
Yoga studios, workshops, and retreats all over Ireland will be opening their doors to welcome locals of all ages and abilities as part of Nourish YogaFSTVL. Cafés, restaurants, smoothie bars, and health food shops will also be getting in on the action, offering special healthy deals, tastings, and workshops.
