Who says it should be reserved for special occasions?

If the end of another Dry January is all the excuse you need to pop a bottle (guilty), there’s an entire evening dedicated to sparkling wine and Champagne happening at The Everyman later this month.

Bubble Brothers will be hosting a tasting of five different wines, “all made by the traditional method, which fills the bottle with lively, luxurious, lasting bubbles”, on Thursday, February 27th, 2020 from 7.30pm until 10.30pm.

Sounds like a treat.

Each €30 ticket includes a guided tasting with introductions and explanation by Bubble Brothers and a few carefully chosen light bites in the cosy bar at The Everyman.

If you have a big event coming up it could be the ideal time to stock up on a bottle or two for your personal cellar too; “There will be a special offer on the night, and early notice of a further promotion in Bubble Brothers’ English Market shop—the home of the finest bubbles.” say organisers.

We can’t think of a more fitting way to kick off the weekend.
