Here are the directions to a Silent Disco happening on the beach this weekend
Want to relive your wild days without the hangover?
This weekend, you can dance like nobody’s watching on the white sands of Garylucas Beach and continue your day feeling revived and refreshed as part of a Silent Disco Dance Meditation.
On Sunday, April 2nd, from 11am-12.30pm, psychotherapist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner Helen Bohan is hosting her first event of the season at the scenic spot.
Bonham advises participants to dress “as if you are going for a walk outdoors”, wear comfortable shoes, and bring water to drink.
“The entrance to the beach is through the car park nearest the Old Head of Kinsale, just walk through the sand dunes and we will be on the left as you are facing the ocean,” she added.

Tickets are limited for this one (there are only a certain number of headsets) and they’re €18 until Saturday, April 1st at 6pm and €22 after – pre-pay only.
