If you’re looking to enjoy some of the finer things in life before summer ends, the Montenotte Hotel has just the thing.
On Saturday, August 19th, the award-winning hotel is hosting an Exclusive Summer Champagne Afternoon Picnic in their picturesque Victorian sunken gardens.
Guests will enjoy an English Market favourite, cheese boards, and some top-tier bubbles.
“We’re delighted to partner with On The Pigs Back from the English Market, who will supply a delicious Cork Cheese & Charcuterie Board, which we will accompany with the refined and delicate, Laurent Perrier Champagne,” said the organisers.

The event is part of the Cork on a Fork festival taking place next month, and attendees can opt for a guided tour of the 2023 Sculpture Exhibition, the curator of which will also be on hand to guide you through the artworks on display so you can enjoy a little culture with your charcuterie.
Afterwards, attendees will make their way over to The Glasshouse for a refreshing Montenotte Gin & Poachers Tonic with untethered views of the city.
The Summer Champagne Afternoon Picnic will take place at The Montenotte Hotel, on Saturday, August 19th starting at 2.30pm. Tickets are €80 per person and can be purchased from Eventbrite here.
