A world-class Montréal cocktail bar is popping up in Cork for one night

Attention, cocktail connoisseurs.
If you like being the person who knows about the cool things before everyone else, here’s one to put firmly on your radar.
For one night only, the rooftop bar at the The Montenotte Hotel is hosting a seriously under-the-radar guest shift that cocktail people will be talking about for months.
This Friday, March 20th, The Glasshouse will transform into a Montréal-style apéritif bar, as internationally renowned bartender Gregory Buda takes over the bar for a one-night event dubbed Bisou Bisou at The Glasshouse.

And here’s the catch: there are no tickets and no reservations.
A big name in cocktails — quietly landing in Cork
Buda is the co-owner and beverage director behind Bisou Bisou, one of Canada’s most celebrated cocktail spots.
The bar has appeared in Canada’s 100 Best Bars, the North America’s 50 Best extended Top 100, and the World’s 50 Best Discovery list — which basically means serious cocktail nerds already know it.
Before launching Bisou Bisou, Buda spent eight years at the legendary The Dead Rabbit in New York, one of the most awarded bars in the world and twice named World’s Best Bar.

For the takeover, The Glasshouse will channel Montréal’s lively apéritif culture for the evening with five signature Bisou Bisou cocktails made by Buda himself.
Just don’t say we didn’t warn you to arrive early.
