Head to St Luke’s for a ‘Circular Day’ of swaps, arts, crafts and community spirit

Tonnes of clothing ends up in landfill each year.
But if you’re one of many people seriously reconsidering what we throw away, there’s a fun and useful event happening on Sunday.
This weekend, the crew over at St Luke’s Garden are hosting a community ‘Circular Day’ where you can trade, donate and swap to help reuse and reduce the waste in our eco-system.
“You can pass on your clothes, shoes, accessories, bric brac ready to give joy to someone else!’ said the organisers on Instagram. Arts and crafts will also be among the stalls on the day.

Those bringing items to swap are welcome to bring a blanket, table or suitcase to place items on.
If you’re really feeling the community spirit, bring along a dish and a fork to get stuck into the Sunday Potluck that will also be taking place on the day.
Circular Day takes place in the St Luke’s Garden from 11am to 2pm on Sunday, September 18th.
