Good news, bookworms: The West Cork Book Fair is now a monthly gig

It’s worth the spin for the scenery alone.
But if you’re into antique books, vintage maps, old vinyl, amazing photographs, and interesting things from another era, The West Cork Book Fair is now happening monthly down in Skibbereen.
The fair was a resounding success over the summer and now the folks behind it have decided to make it a regular thing.
Set in one of Cork’s most picturesque book shops, Inanna Rare Books and Readers Garden, some of Ireland’s most influential antiquarian book dealers will be setting up on the first Sunday of every month from 11am to 5pm.
In case you haven’t visited yet, Inanna is an antiquarian bookshop boasting a huge selection of old maps, manuscripts and rare books on everything from Irish history to Greek philosophy, sport and Japanese folk art.
The old house is a bright, welcoming space with large, old-framed windows and big comfy reading couches so you can sit and enjoy flicking through your picks all afternoon or sip a coffee under the ancient trees outside.
