It’s been a long week.
And if there’s one thing that perks us right up at the weekend, it’s the thought of a lazy brunch and a great glass of wine (or three).
Happily, Level 3 restrictions do not ban brunching: bring a cosy coat or a blanket and you can kick back with a mate at Good Day Deli’s Outdoor Brunch in the gorgeous grounds of Nano Nagle Place, where they will be serving their West Cork Coffee, Smoked Beetroot Benny and Kai Moana Fish Tacos on the sheltered patio from 10am for the coming weeks.
Expect the usual selection of decadent cakes and natural wines too.
“All going to plan, Good Day Deli will launch our ‘Burgers + Buddha Bowls” click and collect options on the 15th of October.” owner Clare Condon told Yay Cork.
“This will include delicious brunch and lunch options including the GDD Chimichurri Egg Scramble, a new Halloumi Breakfast Brioche, our GDD Big Kiwi Burger and an Autumn Buddha Bowl with our delicious cakes, juices and kombuchas to enjoy in a park or at home.”
Good Day Deli is currently taking bookings from today, Friday, October 9th to Sunday, October 11th. Reservations are currently open for this week only (bookings for Thursday, October 15th on will open next week.
