Expect pork, pastries, and outdoor Yoga at this fun farm-to-fork brunch

Picture it: gentle stretches, fresh air, cute farm animals, and an absolute feast of local produce.
We’ve found your perfect weekend plan.
As part of this year’s Cork on a Fork Festival, Glenbrook Farm in White’s Cross is opening its gates on Sunday, August 16th for a slow, soul-soothing morning of yoga, guided farm walks, and a delicious farm-to-table brunch.
Hosted by Peter and Kate Twomey, the Glenbrook Yoga & Brunch event runs from 10am to 1.30pm and promises a total reset for the mind, body, and appetite:
Gentle Yoga in Nature: Kick things off with an all-levels yoga flow led by Kate from Glenbrook Yoga, set against the peaceful backdrop of the farm.
Meet the Pigs: Follow up your session with a guided tour of the grounds. You’ll get to meet the resident free-range pigs and learn all about Glenbrook’s regenerative farming setup.
The Feast: Gather around the table for a seasonal spread crafted by chef Sarah Roche, showcasing the absolute finest produce straight from the farm.
What’s on the menu
Chef Sarah Roche is bringing out the heavy hitters for this one. There’ll be Glenbrook Farm pork sausages, crispy bacon, and black pudding, freshly baked pastries, seasonal fruit compotes paired with natural yoghurt, fresh green juice and seasonal sides showcasing local ingredients.
