The V stands for variety.
If there’s one thing about being a vegan, it’s that you’re always trying new things.
Gone are the days when a simple three-in-one takeaway combo would do for dinner. The life of the modern vegan involves a lot of creativity, a fair amount of work on expanding your dairy-reared palette, and tonnes of experimenting with new ingredients.
If you’re curious about trying out new flavours but are you’re unsure where to start, Cork Vegans are hosting another Vegan Pot Luck in the park to bring members and new guests together to enjoy a tasty meat-free afternoon in great company.

The group was set up in 2016 and now consists of over 300 members who regularly meet up for ‘Sociable Saturdays’. Cork Vegans organise multiple fun events such as board game nights, market hangouts, and even attend vegan festivals together.
On Saturday, May 7th, 2022 the next meet-up in Fitzgerald’s Park invites everyone – carnivores to omnivores – to join in the fun. Each guest is asked to bring a vegan dish (made or bought) to share as well as cutlery and a dish.
Full details for the event (as well as dietary info) can be found on the meet-up page.
