It’s been quite the year.
But if twelve months of Covid infections, restrictions and working from home has worn you out, there’s still time to end 2021 on a high note.
Wild Atlantic Seaweed Baths are returning to Snave Pier in Ballylickey this Thursday and Friday, December 30th – 31st, setting up their toasty al fresco tubs against the beautiful backdrop of Bantry Bay.

Used in Ireland for centuries, seaweed baths are famously good for easing aches and pains, leaving skin feeling soft and clean.
Fans claim they sleep better after a seaweed bath too. Wild Atlantic Seaweed Baths use locally and sustainably hand-harvested seaweed and every bath is emptied, scrubbed and cleaned and sterilized before the next person immerses themselves.
Full Covid-19 health and safety measures have been implemented too (you can check them out here). Bring your swimming togs, a towel and drinking water). Children under the age of 16 years old are free with a parent or guardian using the baths but must be supervised at all times.
