Cork’s Michelin-starred ichigo ichie is about to launch a takeaway sushi menu

This is music to our ears today.
Three lockdowns in, most of us have exhausted our favourite takeaways but now there’s a new dish on offer… and it’s straight from the kitchens of one of the fanciest spots in town.
Fenn’s Quay Michelin-starred eatery ichigo ichie is currently closed due to Covid-19 restrictions, but Japanese chef Takashi Miyazaki is launching a Sushi Takeaway on Monday, January 11th, 2021.
You can expect the usual selection of sushi favourites with a Takashi twist – ideal for a takeaway treat and blissfully low in calories too.
