Cork’s first LGBTQ+ inclusive GAA club is throwing a fun little fundraiser

Dress code: O’Neill’s shorts.
Na Laochra Aeracha, Cork’s LGBTQ+ inclusive GAA club (and the first in Munster), is throwing a fundraiser this Wednesday, April 24th.
They’re calling it “G-A-A Slay” (love it), and it’s happening at The Liberty Bar on South Main Street at 8pm. Expect a night of fun, games, and epic prizes hosted by Liam X B and Krystal Queer – all for a great cause.
In case you’re not familiar, these guys are pioneers, bringing Gaelic Football to Cork’s LGBTQ+ community in a super welcoming and inclusive way. They’re also known to rock their GAA jerseys with pride, so don’t be surprised if you see a few flying around the bar.
Feeling inspired? Throw on your own local jersey and join the party.

Whether you’re a Gaelic Football fanatic or just love cheering on a good cause, this is the perfect mid-week pick-me-up and an excellent way to hear more about getting involved if you’re the sporty type.
Training takes place on Wednesdays (18:30 – 19:30) in the Glen Resource Centre, Cork City.
