There was a Christmas party for PUGS in Ballincollig and it was absolutely adorable

This is the cutest thing we’ve seen in ages.
Pug lovers across Cork met over the weekend for a special Christmas party in honour of their comical canine companions.
Fans of the breed and their families spent the afternoon celebrating the distinctive wrinkly-faced dogs, while raising much needed funds for dog rehoming across the county.
Pugs tend to have a charming, playful temperament, making them well suited to a festive social occasion. They’re also fond of a spiffing Christmas outfit and the most fashionable pugs in Cork went all out and dressed to impress in Santa hats and jumpers, cosy winter coats, Christmas pudding costumes and nifty collar ornaments.
The bash was organised by the Pug Appreciation Society, who laid on a day of raffles, competitions and fun at Ballincollig Rugby Club… complete with a visit from Santa Paws.
Oscar, owned by Helen Wadsworth, scooped Best in Show (I mean, obviously; check out his sweater…)
Meanwhile Princess remained snug as a pug in her stroller while countless other furry party-goers mingled as their owners caught up over coffees and Christmas treats.
A grand total of €550 was raised at the event and all proceeds went to Rehoming Cork Pets to help them continue their work.
