It’s the app everyone should have on their phone.
But if you haven’t used Clinks to get your drinks delivered to your door yet, Christmas is the perfect time to try it out.
The alcohol delivery service, the brainchild of local husband and wife team Andrew and Regina Scannell, went live in Cork at the beginning of 2023.
The idea is simple; Clinks operates as an online off-licence selling primarily beers, wines, and spirits from a choice of local retailers.
A team of trained and experienced delivery drivers service its customer base so the people of Cork city and surrounding suburbs can make a drinks delivery request via the app and have their order at their door in less than 60 minutes.
‘We’re excited to see how our first Christmas goes’
The brand and its team of 14 have now rolled out across Cork City, thanks to partnerships with local businesses such as Scally’s SuperValu Blackrock, Number 21 Off Licence, Matson’s Wine Store in Grange and O’Reilly’s Spar in Carrigrohane.
“It’s been such a great year so far, between partnered off-licence growth and customer growth, we’re excited to see how our first Christmas goes.” co-founder Andrew Scannell told Yay Cork.
As the only on-demand drinks delivery service in Ireland, the company is capitalising on its expanding network to cater to the needs of customers during the upcoming holiday season.
A strategic expansion into Portloaise and Dublin in the coming weeks further solidifies the startup’s position as a go-to destination for convenient and timely alcohol delivery.
