A blend of kombucha, tamarind, hibiscus, cinnamon, vanilla, black pepper, star anise and cloves, this seasonal sip is finished with a citrus twist of lemon, lime zest, and a dash of orange.
It’s even sweetened with date water.
“We soak dates to make them soft for our velvety smooth vegan truffles, and use the date water, full of minerals, to sweeten the mulled kombucha,” they told us.
