Another lovely Cork beer garden reopens this Thursday (and booking is open now)

Beers in Ballintemple this weekend?
The Longboats bar has announced it will be reopening its indoor seating and beer garden later this week, kicking off with pints on Thursday, August 12th at 4pm.
Having been closed for two weeks, with the owners, the O’Driscoll family, blaming “short-sighted” Government rules and regulations for crushing their business, the venue is now ready to open the doors once again, with a full pub grub menu available from Friday on.
Walk-ins will be welcome on opening day but the best bet is to call ahead and book a seat to avoid disappointment.
Well the 2 weeks are up…We are back …opening inside & outside this Thursday from 4pm … this Thursday we will ease in with drinks only … food will kick back in on Friday … walk ins welcome but when we run out of seats then we will apologise for having the best support in Cork pic.twitter.com/yiReZYGf9i

Announcing the news on social media, the family said:
“I think everyone who has ventured out in the past two weeks will know the basic rules of inside dining… if you have proof of vaccination then it’s indoor or outdoor (your choice). We look forward to seeing everyone again, thank you all for your support and messages during the past two weeks.”
