Aldi just released a low-calorie white wine and it’s less than €5

Stop everything.
Aldi have just made our dieting dreams come true.
The budget retailer has announced that low-calorie wine has landed in Irish stores and at just 60 calories per glass, it’s the answer to our prayers.
Featherweight wines come in two varieties; Pinot Grigio or White Zinfandel, and cost a very reasonable €4.49 per bottle.
Featherweight White Zinfandel (ABV 5.5%) is an “expertly crafted blend using Californian White Zinfandel grapes, with a beautifully natural, vibrant pink colour and luscious, fresh strawberry aromas.” Aldi says the wine has a lively and full flavour of fruit juices.
Featherweight Italian Pinot Grigio (ABV 5.5%) boasts “fresh, crisp citrus notes with white peach aromas”, as well as a full flavour with lasting finish.
Both Featherweight wines are available in Aldi stores across Cork now.
We’re off to stock up.
