It’s all the Christmas classics, vegan style.
Cork’s vegan champions at 143V are running a little pop-up takeaway of meat-free Christmas dinner options.
The mouthwatering plant-based menu means there is no need to compromise on taste or tradition as it includes a Vegan Torkey Roast, made from seitan — a ‘wheat meat’ substitute — that is infused with the aromatic goodness of rosemary and thyme stuffing.
For those seeking something rich and savoury, 143V presents the Vegan Beef(less) Roast and the showstopping Vegan Wellington, a puff pastry parcel filled with lentil mince. There is also a Nut Roast, a vegan masterpiece brimming with nuts, wild mushrooms, and cranberries.
All these festive delights are priced at €28 and serve between 4-5 people.

Because no Christmas feast is complete without a sweet finale, 143V has curated a selection of vegan Christmas cakes that promise to satisfy every dessert craving.
This pop-up vegan wonderland is takeaway-only, allowing you to bring the magic of 143V home to your own kitchen.
To place an order, simply text 085 7651584. Collections are from December 18th to 23rd at their Lower Glanmire Road location.
Being vegan no longer means settling for second best at the festive table. Hooray!
