Thousands have attended similar events all over the country.

Now Cork’s LGBT+ Community will host the latest vigil in memory of Aidan Moffitt and Michael Snee on Easter Monday, April 18th.

The two men were found dead in their homes in Sligo earlier this week in a tragedy that shocked the nation. A man has since been remanded in custody at Sligo District Court charged with their murders.

The Cork vigil will begin at 6pm on Monday evening in Bishop Lucey Park in the City Centre.
