A Gourmet Popsicle shop is opening in town (and they even have a Rich Tea biscuit flavour)
We are so ready for all kinds of newness this month.
And just in time for all those family visits to the ferris wheel, a truly original concept opens today in Cork city centre, offering a very American frozen treat to enjoy while you soak up the atmosphere.
Popsicle, a gourmet popsicle store, launches today on Castle Street.
All the popsicles are made with organic ingredients and you can choose from 35 mouthwatering gourmet flavours, from Strawberry Mojito and Granola to Rich Tea.

“We also provide Soft Serve options, as well as hot waffles and flavoured shakes.” Popsicles Jodi Thomas told Yay Cork.
“Each item has the option to be finished with a variety of toppings and our food also includes an array of vegan-friendly options.”
If the weather doesn’t exactly have you craving an ice pop, Popsicle will also be selling ‘Hot Pops’ for flavoursome hot chocolates, as well as coffee to warm your hands as you stroll.
