They make a mean chip down on Maylor Street.

And this weekend, Deliveroo is teaming up with Kiely’s chipper to give away hundreds of free bags of chips to lucky Corkonians.

In honour of Deliveroo’s seventh birthday in Cork this week, the renowned takeaway, which recently featured in RTE’s Takeaway Titans, will be filling up steaming bags of tasty chips to treat lucky customers all over the city.

From this Friday, all you have to do is use the code KIELYS5 (worth €5 on a minimum order of €10) when ordering from Kiely’s to nab one of 200 bags of chips up for grabs.

“Deliveroo couldn’t think of a more fitting way to mark its seventh birthday than teaming up with Cork’s oldest chipper,” said Madeleine Lock, Regional Manager for Deliveroo Ireland.

“This is our little way of giving back to our customers in Cork who have embraced and supported Deliveroo, and the restaurant’s on the platform.”

The code is valid until October 21st, but it’s highly unlikely the free chips won’t have been devoured long before then.
