Looking for an outdoor yoga class in Cork?
Now that Covid-19 restrictions have been loosened up and group gatherings are permitted again outdoors, more Cork yogis than ever are taking advantage and taking their groups outdoors.
After months in lockdown, there’s nothing like an alfresco stretch to make you feel like yourself again. Grab a mat, water, and sunscreen (yes, even on a dull day) and join a class in your area.
Here are five outdoor yoga classes to try this week:
1. BALLINCOLLIG AND MARINA MARKET
Alchemy School of Yoga is now offering a full schedule of classes in two new locations. Guided by Jeanie, Kelly Marie, Danni, Ciara and Hannah, you can now get your stretch on in the covered Marina Market and in Ballincollig Regional Park.
Check out the class times and book yours here.
2. FERMOY PARK
