You can rent this panoramic tiny house for your next Kinsale getaway

Nothing blasts away cobwebs like a sea breeze.
And if you’re looking for a cosy spot to base your next Kinsale adventure, Abigail’s Lodge could be the perfect option for an autumn escape (and it won’t cost you an arm and a leg either).
With one large bedroom, one bathroom and a kitchenette for making snacks or breakfast, this dinky pod is the perfect beachy base for a seaside getaway.
Set in a private garden near the water in Summercove, the pod overlooks Kinsale Harbour and the twinkling lights of Kinsale town, which is a scenic 20-minute walk from the property.
There’s plenty to keep you entertained too; kick back with a good book and watch the boats go by, take a long coastal walk or a bracing ocean swim at the beach by day, then head out into Ireland’s Gourmet Capital for dinner.
The Bulman is an excellent choice for lunch or a relaxed supper (try the Local Tuna Salad Niçoise) and you can also explore the 16th century Charles Fort by foot without too much effort.
If you want to head further afield, electric bikes are available to rent via Wild Atlantic Sports.
The property has a kettle, toaster and microwave. Tea, coffee, milk, sugar, cereal are provided and there’s even an “honour bar” with beer, wine, bottled water and snacks in case you forget any essentials.
You can book Abigail’s Lodge from €80 per night here.
