Nestled in the branches of spruce pines at Grove House, three of their properties are eco-friendly treehouses, where guests can kick back in luxury for a festive break like no other.

Ascend the tree trunk steps and you’ll find a dreamy little hideaway with a kitchen (oven, hob, fridge, sink, and microwave), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, constant hot water, and high-efficiency electric radiators.

The living, sleeping, and dining area is all open-plan and the double bed looks across to the roll-top bath.

There’s satellite TV and a DVD player for playing all those old Christmas movies, broadband, and a Bluetooth speaker so you can fill the air with the strains of Christmassy jazz as you lounge in the tub.

But there’s more; through the French doors, a large deck overlooks the West Cork countryside. Here you’ll find your own, private two-person Canadian hot tub to enjoy both day and night.
