If Iceland or North America feature in your travel plans, now might be the time to book your flights.

WOW air just announced 40% off return flights to both destinations from Dublin for travel between August 27th and December 15th, 2018.

Iceland’s low-cost airline says the offer is available for booking from today, Thursday, August 23rd, until 23:59 on Monday, August 27th using the promo code WOWSALE.

That leaves a full weekend to round up the troops and plan an autumn getaway.

The discount applies on select return flights to Iceland, or to any of the airline’s 14 North American destinations, from Dublin for travel between those dates.

WOW air currently operates daily flights from Dublin to Iceland. The airline also connects its Irish passengers to 14 North American destinations, via Reykjavik, including New York, Boston, Washington DC, Toronto, Montréal, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Pittsburgh and Chicago.

Earlier this year the airline launched five new routes from Ireland to Detroit, Cleveland, Cincinnati, St Louis and Dallas.
