It’s going to be a lively summer in Kinsale.

And at one of the town’s busiest businesses, a recruitment drive is underway at the Blue Haven Collection, with 35 new roles to fill as soon as possible.

The Collection, which includes the Blue Haven Hotel, The Old Bank Townhouse, Hamlets Bar & Gastro Garden in Kinsale as well as Vikki’s Wine & Tapas bar in Sunday’s Well in Cork City, will need to boost staff numbers to 130 people over the summer months to keep everything ticking over.

It should prove a fun place to work too; the group has introduced a new Staff Wellness Plan called the Happy Hotel initiative (Happy Staff + Happy Customers + Happy Environment = A Happy Hotel). The initiative has seen staff relaxation areas upgraded, as well as a range of supports and facilities introduced.
