Cancel your Monday lunch plans.
If you’re bouncing around West Cork over the bank holiday, chef Caitlin Ruth will be serving a rustic pop-up alfresco brunch on Monday, August 2nd.
It’s all happening in The Yard in Aghfore, a repurposed farmyard and home to Neighbourfood Timoleague.
The food is guaranteed to be divine (we’ve already heard rumblings of a Bloody Mary compote for the vegetarian dish and word of a pecan praline filling for the French toast bread pudding).

Oh… and did we mention the Biscuits and Gravy? Fluffy buttermilk biscuits filled with Caherbeg free-range pork gravy; worth the spin down to Timoleague alone.
The first dishes will be up for grabs from 12.30pm so get there early to avoid disappointment and bring a folding chair if you like to sit down to eat.
There’s a handy Google Maps link here too if you need it (you probably will).
