Vikki’s in Sunday’s Well has reopened following an interior refresh… and they’ve put together a mouthwatering new Evening Tapas Menu designed to be enjoyed over a few glasses of excellent wine with friends.
Make a date and book a table (ask for a seat on the terrace of the Indian summer weather holds up) to tuck into wild mushroom and truffle arancini, baked brie with plum chutney or tempura prawn with wasabi mayo or plump for the wild boar and Gubeen cheese croquette or the chicken yakitori.
Vegans are well catered for (there’s wild mushroom bruschetta, miso glazed tofy with smoked almond crumb and cauliflower pakora with mint yogurt), while the more carnivorous among us can share the Vikki’s Charcuterie Board – a festival of Ballinwillin goat salami, bresola, serrano ham, Ummera Smoked Duck, salami, olives and croutons.
Afterwards, idle over a slice of the green matcha cheesecake while you finish your wine.
