Two sweet Christmas events to check out at the Rory Gallagher Music Library
Feeling festive yet?
If you could do with some encouragement before you deck the halls, the folks at the Rory Gallagher Music Library in the City Library on Grand Parade have a selection of events planned.
In case you’ve never popped in, the Library provides music books, scores, CDs and DVDs, in all genres, classical, choral, traditional, jazz, contemporary, rock and pop for lending, reference and archival purposes. All you need is a library card to enjoy it all.
In the meantime, don your Santa hat and don’t forget to dust off those vocal cords for this little lot, as you’ll definitely be called upon to sing.
Expect music, laughter and surprises as library staff and friends from across Cork City showcase their talents. Friends, family and the public are all welcome to join the fun and soak up the Christmas atmosphere. All welcome, no booking required.
