Two chefs are cooking up a Japanese small plate feast using foraged ingredients

It’s perfect weather for hunkering down over a cosy dinner.
And Cork’s food lovers are being invited to pull up a stool for something a little different this January, as Low Intervention Sundays lands at L’Atitude 51 on Union Quay in Cork City on January 18th.
The one-off pop-up brings together the talents of Pádraig Nagle, a Kerry native and long-time sous chef at Miyazaki, and Epi Rogan, a West Cork forager and former chef at some of the country’s most respected kitchens, including The Glass Curtain, Paradiso, Pilgrim’s and Bastible.
