It sounds utterly dreamy.
Prepare to be transported to a state of pure bliss at the Yoga for Gaza event happening at Innishannon Parish Hall this Saturday, December 2nd.
All the good vibes will be channelled towards supporting Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP), a charity passionately dedicated to the well-being and dignity of Palestinians.
The session, which kicks off at 10 am and wraps up by 11:30 am, will be mainly meditation breath work and an extended session of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep). Whether you’re a yoga pro or a newbie, all levels are welcome.
To fully embrace the vibes, don’t forget your essentials — yoga mat, blanket, cosy socks, a pillow, and your yogiest warm clothes.

After your zen journey, there will be herbal teas and delightful nibbles and participants are encouraged to bring their own cup or travel mug to keep it eco-friendly.
Organiser of the event, Lakshmi of Yoga Neart said: “My hope is to bring some light and love into your hearts that will spread to others around you and so on.”
Let’s get our zen on.
