We could all do with a hug these days.

And if you haven’t been able to hug your mum in a while, one creative Cork six-year-old has the next best thing this Mother’s Day, Sunday, March 14th.

Toy Show star Adam King has been stealing hearts and sharing hugs since 2020 and now he has launched another round of his coveted ‘Hug For You’ cards, available from March 8th, 2021.

Adam has a brittle bone condition called Osteogenesis imperfecta and the proceeds from the cards, decorated with Adam’s very own virtual hug artwork, go to CHI Temple Street and Cork University Hospital Charity.

“Whether it’s simply a hug for your mum that you see every day, a mum that you can’t wait to be reunited with, a mum that has been stressed from homeschooling or even just to reach out to a friend who became a new mum this year, it will be sure to bring a smile to that loved ones face.” said a spokesperson for Adam.
